This one-story home measures approximately 63 feet wide by 48 feet deep and combines open-concept living, a split-bedroom layout, serious pantry space, and covered porches into one efficient and easygoing floor plan.
The covered front porch gives the house a friendly arrival, but the private rear porch is where outdoor living really gets interesting. At approximately 28'6" wide by 9 feet deep, there's room for the grill, dining table, lounge furniture, and plenty of weekend relaxation. It's a substantial covered extension of the living space rather than a token back porch.
