A: Thank you for your interest in plan 41248. • The foundation plan for this plan will show an 8” concrete stem wall and an 18” concrete footing. • The RV garage door is 10’ wide x 13’ tall and the recessed garage door is 10’ wide x 10’ tall. • The construction drawings will show a concrete stoop that transitions into the breezeway. Since the breezeway is optional and site dependent the construction of that will need to be verified by your contractor and truss manufacturer. The section of covered stoop that is provided with the plans is approximately 8’ x 7’ and is centered on the man door. Please let us know if you have any other questions on this design.
